Here’s an exciting co-brew coming to bottles from Against The Grain and Stillwater Artisanal.  This is Little Did We Know and it is a Saison brewed with sage & pecan wood smoked malts that is fermented with Brettanomyces.  Look for this funky brew to be packaged in 750ml bottles and the beer come sin at 6.8% ABV.
