Grand Teton - 208 Wins GABF Silver, Pursuit Of Hoppiness Now & Coming Home 2014 11/1

imageFrom Grand Teton:

208 Session Ale is the newest member of Grand Teton Brewing's year-round lineup. First brewed in the summer of 2013, it was designed to showcase the unmatched quality of Teton Valley water and Southern Idaho barley malt and hops. We believe it is the first and only beer packaged with all Idaho ingredients. For us that's no gimmick. We brew with Idaho ingredients because we think they are the best in the world. That's why it was so gratifying to win recognition for 208 the  first  time we  entered  it into competition

Grand Teton Brewing took home the silver medal for Ale 208 in the English-Style Summer Ale category at GABF this year. This is the largest commercial beer competition in the world with 5,507 beers judged across 90 categories. 208 beat dozens of competitors in the Summer Ale category which includes pale golden ales of relatively low alcohol, with a refreshing balanced hop presence.

Since its release last year, 208 has become Grand Teton's best-selling beer in Idaho. It can be found in supermarkets, convenience stores, warehouse clubs and specialty shops statewide, in twelve-ounce bottles and kegs.
