Weyerbacher has been preparing for the upgrade of our current brewhouse for quite some time but seeing the dust curtain walls go up today sure makes it feel real! For those who have been to Weyerbacher over the years, this is the area where our filtration and bright tanks used to be located, immediately behind where the 12 oz filler was located before the new addition opened in January 2013. We’re ripping up the old concrete floor and pouring a new sloped floor with trench drains to service the brand new, custom-made 40 barrel brewhouse coming later in 2014 from JVNW!
