Napa Point Brewing has developed a simple beer and food pairing chart to allow consumers to easily identify beers and their ideal food partners.
"At our Gastropub, we are continually being asked which beers pair best with which foods," stated Robert Dahl, CEO. "When we started looking for a simple solution to give, we realized that the options out there were complicated and very text driven."
Robert continues, "People like visual simplicity and so we decided to create our own beer and food pairing chart to share with the world, and that allows consumers to very simply identify, using color and graphics, which beers match to which styles of foods."
Denise Jones, the Brewmaster for Napa Point Brewing, adds, "In the end, the consumer should drink the beer they most enjoy. But if they are looking for a little direction, this is the sort of chart that can be pinned up to help explore the wonderful world of beer and food.
