Here’s a peek at Aviator Brewing Wide Open Red.  This beer is based on an Irish Red Ale and it will use Cascade, Centennial and East Kent Goldings hop.  Look for Wide Open Red to be packaged in 12oz cans and come in at 6.1% ABV and 48 IBU.
