Side Project Brewing - Fuzzy

image
I’m not sure if it’s the picture on the label or my love of peach brews, but this one sounds great.  This is Side Project Brewing Fuzzy and it is an ale aged in wine barrels with white peaches.  Fuzzy will be packaged in 375ml bottles at Perennial Artisanal Ales and it will come in at 8% ABV.

Side Project Brewing

is excited to announce the release of Fuzzy. The release will be Saturday, April 19th, starting at noon in the Perennial Artisan Ales tasting room in St. Louis, Missouri.

Fuzzy is an American Wild Ale that was fermented in and aged in Chardonnay barrels with a blend of wild yeast and bacteria from our family’s farm and our house souring cultures. Once mature, the beer was aged on close to four pounds per gallon of Missouri-grown White Peaches for an additional six months before an extended bottle conditioning.

The 375mL bottles will be $15 each. Bottle sales will start at 12:00pm and pours by the glass will be available starting at 2:30pm in the Perennial Artisan Ales tasting room at 8125 Michigan Ave. in St. Louis, Missouri.
