Rogness Brewing Signs Distribution Agreement With Keg 1 In Austin, TX & New Beers: Titanoboa & Sophina

From Rogness Brewing:

After much thought and consideration, we have chosen Keg 1 as our distribution partner in the Austin area. Beginning January 13th, 2014, Keg 1 will be the distributor for Rogness beer in Austin and the surrounding counties.

While we continue to self distribute to San Antonio and Houston, we’ve been very pleased with Sons of John, our distributor in the Dallas / Fort Worth metroplex that we began working with in August of 2013. The timing is once again right for us to ink this new deal and continue to grow the Rogness brand.

Our new partnership complements the recent addition of a brand new automated bottling line and will allow for greater customer attention and ensure the quickest delivery of our unique and growing selection of beers. Ultimately, Keg 1′s dedication to service along with their large sales force will mean more Rogness beer in stores and bars closer to you.

We are also very excited to announce two new beers that will debut in the first quarter of 2014 (pending label approval). First up is Titanoboa, the biggest beer we have ever brewed. Like its prehistoric namesake, the largest snake to ever roam the Earth, this beer is a beast poised to strike at your taste buds. Keep up with our social media for forthcoming details on this triple IPA. We are also debuting Sophina, the 2nd release in the Rogness Reserve series. With Sophina we employed a sour mash in the brewing process to create a sharp tartness. To counteract the sour bite we added caramelized pineapple after fermentation, which provides a pleasant and refreshing fruitiness.

Thank you for your continued support. We hope to see you at the brewery sometime soon. Our taproom is open Fridays and Saturdays from 4-10pm.
