We're not just referring to the fact that today is the Winter Solstice and that the days will start to get longer...rather we're excited to announce that Enlightenment Illumination is now available at the brewery! Illumination (6.8% ABV) is a beer inspired by two of Ben's favorite brewing traditions: the rustic farmhouse ales of Belgium and the generously hopped IPA’s of America’s West Coast. The result is a beer with an intensely tropical aroma, a juicy, citrus flavor, and a dry, crisp bitterness. While this beer may not provide immediate illumination to the mysteries of life, it’s sure to at least brighten the corners. Available in bottles and on draught.
On this shortest day of the year, we're also pleased to let you know that Absence of Light, our winter favorite Belgo-stout is also available at the brewery on draught (bottles coming in a few weeks). More favorites on draught this week include:
- Cognition, Abbey style Session Brown
- First Pitch, Rye Pale ale (limited)
- Pandora, Belgian Pale ale
- Pandora, Belgian Pale ale dry-hopped with Falconer's Flight (limited)
- Rosemary for Remembrance, Belgian Pale ale made with sweet potatoes, rosemary and a touch of smoked malt (limited)
