This Thursday at 4:30pm PST we will release our Cerise Nouveau in bottles IN-HOUSE ONLY. This means they are only available at the Barrel House and the Raccoon Lodge. Price is $25 per 750 ml, with a 6 bottle limit. This NW style sour red ale is the Beaujolais Nouveau of cherry beers. It's a blend of red ales aged in oak barrels for up to eight months, then aged on fresh Bing cherries for an additional three months. It's best consumed now through the holidays
with friends!
Next Thursday, Dec. 19 at 4:30pm PST, we will release The Bourbonic Plague in bottles, also IN-HOUSE ONLY. Sorry, no online sales. This NW style sour ale is a blend of spiced double porters that were aged in Bourbon and wine barrels for 18 months before aging on dates and spices for up to an additional 12 months. Price is $30 per 750 ml, with a 4 bottle limit.
