Rogue Farms - 7 Hop IPA 22oz Bottles Coming 2/1

image Green is the color of he day for Rogue as we show off their new Rogue Farms 7 Hop IPA.  If you guessed this beer uses 7 different hops grown at Rogue Farms you’d be dead on…in fact they used Liberty, Newport, Revolution, Rebel, Independent, Freedom & Alluvial hops.  This new IPA will be packaged in 22oz bottles and come in at 8.02% ABV and 90 IBU.

UPDATE 8 Jan 2013 from Rogue:

INDEPENDENCE, OREGON - The work of the harvest season is done. The last of our seven varieties of Rogue Farms hops has been picked, stripped, sorted, separated, kilned, cooled and baled.

No one knows these hops better than brewmaster John Maier. He chose each variety for its unique combination of aroma oil and alpha acids, creating a proprietary palate to brew world class ales, porters, lagers and stouts.

7 Hop IPA is brewed with John’s blend of all seven hops we grow at Rogue Farms in Independence, Oregon - the historic Hop Capital of the World. On a wide bend along the Willamette River, we grow Alluvial, Freedom, Liberty, Newport, Rebel, Revolution and Yaquina hops.

Crafted from 100% Rogue Farms ingredients - including Dare and Risk barley from the Rogue Farm in Tygh Valley, Oregon - 7 Hop IPA is a true taste of the terroir of the Wigrich and Tygh Valley Appellations.

7 Hop IPA is available nationwide February 1st, 2014 in 22oz serigraphed bottles and on draft.
