Rock Art - Cask Pumpkin Imperial Spruce Stout Coming 11/26

From Rock Art:

I completely forgot to let you folks know that if you are around for Thanksgiving we plan to tap a cask condition keg of Pumpkin Imperial Spruce Stout on Tuesday and

Wednesday next week for the holidays to sample in our tasting room and fill your growlers!
This beer is a colonial style stout using local organic pumpkins and spruce tips picked by Matt and John Little.  Enjoy it with you pumpkin pie on Thanksgiving day!  That is where you will find the spices ...because the spices are not in the beer.

Also I have got to say:  We (the Rock Art team) had such a great time at the tapping of the collaboration keg last night. Rock Art's Vermonster aging for 8 months in a Smugglers Notch Distillery rye whiskey barrel that is going to be poured by the glass exclusively at the Farmhouse Tap and Grill was smooth, flavorful and just plain good.  On the food side:  I enjoyed the Misty Knoll turkey burger with salad!... and sampled the Rock Art/Stillwater Rye Saison collaboration with the Vermont made Timberdoodle cheese (awesome pairing).

Thank you to Jeff Baker and everyone at the Farmhouse for their hospitality!  You really should stop in and grab a glass of these great beers!

I wish everyone of you a wonderful Thanksgiving!
Matt and I are thankful for so much and that includes everyone of you that have enjoyed our beers and given us the opportunity to keep brewing!

Sincerely,

Renee Nadeau
