The third release of our barrel aged Saison-Brett Golden Ale is a sparkling clear, light honey color. The mild barnyard aroma of the Brettanomyces yeast transitions into soft straw with hints of tropical fruit and French oak. The high carbonation and vinous tartness contribute to a dry cider like finish. Very refreshing and easy to drink for a 9% beer.
We tucked away the last of the Fermentation without Representation - Imperial Pumpkin Porter and saved it for your Thanksgiving feast. It's back in the Salt Lake City cold case and on tap in Denver this week. Grab some liquid desert for your post turkey enjoyment or pair with vanilla ice cream and pumpkin pie for an all-out Epic desert.
