Against The Grain All Funked Up Wild Series - Chris Framboise, We Brett It Wrong & Scorched Monk

imageThree funky new brews coming today form the All Funked Up Wild Series at Against The Grain Brewery.  This is Chris Framboise and it is a saison with raspberry that is fermented on Brett yeast (7.5% ABV).  Up next we have We Brett It Wrong and it is a Saison finished with Brett yeast (8% ABV).  Finally we have Scorched Monk sour mashed smoked brown ale aged in bourbon barrels.  This beer is a De Struise collaboration and it will come in at 9% ABV.  All three of these beers will be packaged in at 750ml bottles.
