Southern Tier Brewing Company, Inc., in the Stoneman Industrial Park in the town of Busti, is again expanding their facilities. The company is erecting a 45,000 sq. ft. butler building for warehouse space for packaging materials that will also include office space, lab, and six loading docks. Their growth in current and projected sales prompted this expansion project.
The new addition will bring a total of approximately 83,000 sq. ft. of new construction in the town of Busti, since they began their operations in 2003.
