Some great photos today courtesy of Tony Magee at Lagunitas Brewing as their new Chicago facility continues to take shape. As you can see from Tony’s photos, it is an ocean of Stainless Steel as the Rolec brewhouse, fermentation tanks, bottling line, centrifuge and malt silos arrive and get set in place. The purple building is actually the bathrooms…aka the Purple Pisser. The colorful hallway is the required fire corridor aka the entry to the Tap Room. They are pressure washing everything today to clean off the remaining construction dust….so stay tuned for more details.
