From the Denver Post:
First up is the bottle-only release of Vexovoid, a fizzy beer 100 percent fermented in stainless steel tanks with Brettanomyces and Lactobacillus. That’s right: For its very first adventure in bottling, TRVE decided to brew a beer with wild yeast and bacteria.
Finally, the collaborations. Jamie Floyd, co-founder of Ninkasi Brewing Company in Eugene, Oregon, whom Nunns considers a mentor, visited Denver this week to collaborate on an IPA with British malts and El Dorado and Mosaic hops.
The beer will be called “Hell Patrol” – after a Judas Priest song – and plans are in the works for a collaborative release during Great American Beer Festival week.
