From Gordon Biersch:
Gordon Biersch Brewery, which first opened its doors in Palo Alto in 1988, celebrates its 25th anniversary in July. The restaurant, well-known for its German-style lagers and signature garlic fries, will tap one of its original brews, Blonde Bock, a smooth, malty lager with a surprising kick, on July 9.
“Gordon Biersch has a history of brewing well crafted German-style beer using only the highest quality ingredients,” said Carrie Kleban, Chief Marketing Officer for Gordon Biersch. “Throughout the years the restaurant has also built up its reputation for innovative food incorporating layers of flavors and a focus on fresh ingredients.”
To celebrate its anniversary Gordon Biersch will host a Blonde Bock Tapping Party complete with a toast from its famous boot-shaped glass and a complimentary birthday cake tomorrow night. Blonde Bock will be available throughout July and early August while supply lasts.
In addition to the Blonde Bock beer offering, locations will host $2.50 Tuesdays – $2.50 pricing on all Gordon Biersch craft beer every Tuesday from July 9 – 23.
