From Philly.com:
HARRISBURG - A key state Senate Republican is expected to make public Tuesday his long-awaited version of a plan to privatize sales of wine and liquor in Pennsylvania.
Sen. Chuck McIlhinney (R., Bucks), who chairs the Law and Justice Committee, which oversees liquor legislation, has scheduled a 3 p.m. news conference in the Capitol to release details of how he would phase the state out of running wine and spirits stores and change the way beer is sold in Pennsylvania.
