Night Shift Tripel Reserve Coming 6/22--CANCELLED

From Night Shift Brewing:

We welcome our fans to join us this Saturday, June 22th from 5:30-9:30pm at Night Shift Brewing to share in the launch of our newest beer, Tripel Reserve. This Belgian-style tripel was fermented with Pinot Gris grape must and then aged in white wine oak barrels for several months - perfect sipping for warm summer nights. It's the first and only batch we're making in 2013, so don't miss out!

Bottles will go on sale that night and we'll also have it on tap for draft sales (joined by our other taproom beers). Beers most likely on tap will also include Honeydew, Bee Tea, Snow, Oasis, Viva Habanera and Ever Weisse. Come join us for a glass or two of your favorites! To buy a ticket for the party, head over to our online store or click
here.
Other Exciting News:

  • The Night Shift Running team has joined forces with Girls Pint Out (GPO) to create a super team for our next race! On July 14th, we will be racing in the Sasquatch Trail race, and then, post-race, enjoying beers at the Stoneham Zoo! All team members will get a FREE Night Shift Running jersey - sign up here! (when registering select the team name, "Night Shift Brewing/GPO")

  • Make it a Hoppy Harvest in Maine! There is a great fundraiser campaign from a Maine farmer working hard to bring back hop growing to the East Coast. We are planning on brewing a beer with their hops this fall, but in the meantime, Aroostook Hops can use your support - local beer needs more local hops! First 3 campaign supporters that mention they heard about it via Night Shift will get a free bar of hops soap, plus raffle entry to win a free Aroostook Hops hat! You can donate to this family business here.

  • Lastly, tickets for Drink Craft Beer's Summerfest on July 12th & 13th are on sale here. We will be bringing the official beer of the festival - a wacky beer version of an Arnold Palmer. What exactly does that mean? Well, we brewed a saison with meyer lemon zest and juice, aged it in white wine barrels, and will be blending it with Kombucha from Portland's Urban Farm Fermentory!

    Update:

There was a mix up with City Hall and were unable to get the required permits for the release party. We are really bummed about canceling but still welcome our fans to join us thisSaturday, June 22th during our regular hours of 12-5pm to share in the launch of our newest beer, Tripel Reserve
If you purchased a ticket already for the event we will be issuing a refund today. Sorry for any inconvenience and hopefully you can join us during regular hours on Saturday.
Our next party will be in early July and we will be celebrating the return of Somer Weisse!
