From Tustin Brewing:
We've been busy bees here at TBC these days, especially Jerrod. He's been working overtime (well, more than usual) to be able to squeeze in a collaboration with a little brewery you may have heard of, goes by the name STONE BREWING COMPANY! Jerrod had the pleasure of brewing a double IPA with Stone's Justinian Caire (Greek God of brewing perhaps?). The Mothership Connection (per request of our beloved Stone rep Chuck Susse without whom this would not have happened) will be ready in time for a big Craft Beer Week celebration May 13th-19th.
Here at TBC Craft Beer Week we will be highlighted in numerous ways. It starts on Monday the 13th with beers featured from Noble Ale Works & Ballast Point Brewery. Stone & The Bruery will be celebrating with us on Thursday, May16th. We will participate, along with the aforementioned breweries in a Craft Beer Week National Cheers at 5:00 PM (our time), & the landing of the Mothership Connection. Four taps each will be dedicated to Stone & The Bruery. That's a recipe for awesome & we like awesome.
Speaking of awesomeness, we just released Stay All Day Session IPA & are pretty darn happy with it and its hoppiness. It's only 4.8% but is very generously hopped & has a great bite and flavor, while not rocking your world. This is different from a pale in how it is hopped. You can taste the difference. Sometimes, as the little girl on a certain commercial says, "you want more, you like it, you want more!" This is to help those hopheads who want more but need to err on the side of caution.
In the meantime.…
