PHOENIXVILLE, PA – On Sunday, March 3 beginning at 1 p.m., Head Brewer Tim Stumpf and Head Chef Tim Andrews of Iron Hill Brewery & Restaurant (130 East Bridge Street, 610-983-9333) will host Breakfast of Champions, a fun four-course beer and food pairing menu featuring breakfast-inspired dishes with a selection of house-brewed craft beers and beer cocktails. For $55 per person, including beverages, tax and gratuity, guests will start their day off the right way: with a hearty spread of food and drink.

“There’s nothing wrong – and a lot of things right – about pairing beer with breakfast, and we hope this meal will help take away the stigma that beer should only be enjoyed after 5 p.m.,” says Stumpf. “We all know and love brunch cocktails such as Mimosas and Bloody Marys, so why not let beer in on the fun?”

The menu will include: Bruléed Fruit Parfait with seasonal fruit, house-made granola, vanilla yogurt and elderflower syrup, paired with Wit Bellini; Duck Egg Benedict with poached duck egg, Serrano ham, sweet potato biscuit and duck hollandaise, paired with Beer Bloody Mary; Breakfast Bread Pudding, shredded potatoes with smoked kielbasa, scrapple and creamed applewood bacon gravy, paired with Nut Brown Ale; and House-Made Ricotta Donuts with chocolate glaze, paired with Chocolate Coffee Stout. Reservations are required.
