Here’s a photo courtesy of Shelton Brothers showing off the construction at the 3 Fonteinen Brewery in Brussels, BE. The brewery has installed a double Koelschip or Coolship as we call it in the states. These vessels allow them to cool the wort in a traditional and natural way.
