From the Detroit Free Press:

To celebrate the 150th anniversary of the founding of the Frankenmuth Brewery in 1862, the brewmaster said he plans on Tuesday to pour a bottle of Frankenmuth Dark beer that’s at least 50 years old into a new batch of seasonal dark beer being brewed for beer connoisseurs.

The brewery, at 425 S. Main in Frankenmuth, plans to fill 1,862 one-liter bottles with the commemorative anniversary brew — to be sold for $24.95 a bottle, starting Dec. 1, Brewmaster Jeff Coon said today in a press release.
