Burley Oak Brewing To Start Bottling

imageExciting news coming out of Berlin Maryland’s Burley Oak Brewery.  Looks like Bryan Brushmiller is ready to start bottling.  Details from DelmarvaNow:

The microbrewery that opened last summer with just three original beers now has 12 brews on tap and is getting ready to begin bottling. 

"It's exciting for us," Brushmiller said.

He plans to have the champagne-style, 750-ml bottles of beer available in time for the brewery's anniversary on Aug. 26. Brushmiller is excited to think that there will be bottles that say Berlin, Md., all over the region.

While bottling will mark a big step for Burley Oak, the past year has been filled with growth for the business. What started as a two-man operation now features eight employees, Brushmiller said, and the expansion of Burley beers to 35 area restaurants.
