News of the first co-Brewed beer and the story of these three beers can be found here….and I think I’m sensing a theme.  Beer # 1 Singel, Beer # 2 Dubbel….stay tuned for a Tripel!  Here’s the news from Thomas @ Mikkeller on the Dubbel (and yes that’s Terry Hawbaker in the photo):

Yesterday, we brewed a Dubbel at Cabinet Artisanal Brewhouse. The beer is made with a lot of dark syrup. Brewing process went according to plan. In the picture you see Terry pump the dark liquid into a wine barrel.
