Help Name BrewDog’s New Pale Ale

image

James Watt is looking for our help to name his new Pale Ale.  The choices are Brit Pop, Pale Ale, Fake Fix, 38 Automatic, Heist & Death Head Pony Club, and you can vote HERE

From BrewDog:

We decided it was time to brew a slightly lower ABV beer with our favourite American hops giving you a thirst quenching on tap in all our bars, just in time for the Summer! The new 3.8% Pale Ale is brewed with a solid malt base, moderate bitterness and masses of late hops and dry hops, specifically Citra, Simcoe and HBC. All this makes it ideal for drinking by the pint, or even by the keg. At lunchtime..

The intention is also to bottle this hoppy little beer and consequently it needs a name. Between building new breweries and planning our rock ‘n roll AGM we have found it tough to find the time to name our latest creation and who better to name it than the people who will drink it.

We have a shortlist of names, simply vote above for your favourite by selecting your favourite name from the list above.

Brit Pop - the little offspring of Hardcore and Punk. A pale ale for Common people who live in country houses.

Pale Ale - simple and classic for our most stripped back brew

Fake Fix - instant fix for hop heads and craft beer junkies alike.

38 Automatic - not just because it is 3.8%. Automatic pale ale for the people.

Heist - not really sure why.

Death Head Pony Club - even less sure why. But I like it.
