Alabama Beverage Control (ABC) to Revisit Founders “Bastard” Ban

imageRemember this story about the Alabama Beverage Control (ABC) blocking the sale of Founders Backwoods Bastard & Dirty Bastard because the labels may be “objectionable.?”  As it turn out the ABC is no re-considering that opinion because they currently DO allow the sale of “Fat Bastard Wines” in Alabama.  The ABC has supposedly sent a letter to Founders requesting they resubmit the labels for approval so stay tuned.
