The funny story here is that I’ve actually been to Soldotna, Alaska…so it was exciting to hear about Kenai River Brewing’s new and unusual beer. The new Belgian Tripel uses 20lbs of Belgian Candi Sugar & 15lbs of actual Gummy Bears! Kenai River expects the brew will come in at just over 9% ABV so it should be interesting.
