Brooklyn Brewery will be doing s series of brewpub-only releases they will call The Worshipful Company of Brewers. In this series, each member of the Brooklyn Brewing team will create a draft-only beer that will be served at the pub and potentially be added to their Brewmaster’s Reserve series.
Up first in that series is “Oishi” by Tom Vila. Oishi is a 3.9% ABV Belgian-inspired session ale and it uses Sorachi Ace hops. Oishi translates to “delicious” in Japanese and it will be available beginning March 23rd. More details can be found here.
