Ayinger - Jahrhundert Bier, Altbairisch Dunkel, Brauweisse, Weizenbock & Urweiss

Here are three new labels from Ayinger (Brauerei Aying).  All three are 500ml (Brauweisse will also have an 11.2oz package) and all three WILL be imported into the US.  Today we have Jahrhundert Bier (5.2% ABV—light & golden), Altbairisch Dunkel (5% ABV dark & bold) & Brauweisse (5.1% ABV golden wheat).  All three will conform to the German beer purity laws of 1516 and be brewed in Aying, Germany by Franz Inselkammer.  We’ve long enjoyed Ayinger Celebrator, so it’s nice to see some new Ayinger brews heading our way.

Update 3/15/2012:  Here’s the Ayinger Weizenbock & URWEISS! (5.8% ABV) (7.1% ABV) label

  1. These may be new labels, but the beers aren't new to the US. I had all of these years ago. Maybe they stopped importing at some point, but I think I saw some of them on shelves recently.

  2. Thanks Doug. They are new labels and I believe the sizes may be new for one.
