$3000 Beer Bottle Bed ! SOLD

Under the category of “I could NOT possibly make this up” a

Waikanae Beach New Zealand man sold his beer bottle bed on-line for $3000!  Made from 212 full & 106 half (Used) beer bottles with a mattress on top…someone actually bought it (username pen25 on Trade Me auction site).  No word on shipping cost (or odor), but fortunately 1)  the bottles don’t actually support the mattress, 2) it does light up with a fluorescent light AND 3) the proceeds will fund his wedding (now that his bride agreed to sleep in his house again.)  Details HERE.
