Mikkeller / Cigar City – Swinging Harry Tropical Quad

Today we have the Cigar City Brewing Mikkeller co-brew called Swinging Harry Tropical Quad (Belgian-style ale brewed with papaya & mango & aged in cognac barrels.  This BIG 12% ABV Quad will be bottled in 16.9oz bottles and use Citra & Simcoe hops, papaya, mango, “brewing sugar” and Brett yeast.  This beer was brewed at Amager Bryghis in Denmark.
