It’s been a while since we’ve seen some new brew from
White Birch Brewing…so today we have Deviant Monk from their Apprentice Series. Deviant Monk is an oak-aged Belgian-style dark ale that will be packaged in 22oz bottles and come in at a big 10% ABV. Look for a limited release of 1100 bottles for this beer brewed by David Sakolsky (the 5th brewing apprentice @ White Birch).
Wheat Wine Ale is a Belgian-style brew that will also be packaged in 22oz bottles and come in at a big 11% ABV with a really low production of 96 bottles only.
