Ithaca–Dark Humor Brett Porter

Here’s your first look at the new Ithaca Brewing Co Dark Humor all-Brettanomyces Porter.  This is the 12oz and this note from the Ithaca Brewing Feb newsletter:  “

This porter made with brettanomyces, and tentatively titled, Dark Humor, will be the product of Iron Hill Brewery & Restaurant Media’s brewing mastermind, Bobby Barrar and Ithaca Beer’s very own, Jeff ‘Chief’ O’Neil.

Brewing of Dark Humor will take place early March and will be available on draft in VERY limited markets. As of now, no release date has been set, but expect it to arrive in late Spring this year.
