imageThis morning you get your first look at Evolution Craft Brewing (Delmar, DE) Menagerie No 5 Russian Imperial Stout.  This 22oz 10.5%ABV brew is the fifth installment in Evolutions Menagerie Series.  Menagerie beers are one-off limited production oak-aged beers (so far) that the brewery plans to lay down and save for later.  This one is bottle conditioned and age din oak bourbon barrels.
