Here’s the all NEW packaging for Odell Brewing Double Pilsner. This is the new 12oz packaging for this 8.1% ABV lager. This was previously a single-batch beer in 2009 and Odell released a limited batch of this beer in June 2010, so it looks like we’ll be seeing it again this summer. This brew won a Silver Medal at the World Beer Cup in 2008 so I’m happy to see it come back.
And even MORE exciting is Odell Hiverrano New American Wild Ale. This brew is named after the Hiveranno “as seasoned mountain man who draws on tradition and experience to live off the land…” Hiveranno uses Belgian wild yeast strains to gain a “citrusy hop character with exotic fruit-like flavors.” This bottle-conditioned brew will be packaged in 750ml bottles and come in at 9.5%ABV. This is a very exciting release, and don’t forget to stay tuned for brewmaster Joe Mohrfelds release of Woodcut 5 coming soon.
