AuRants – Open House Sept 19th

AurantsLogoFinal I’m excited to report that Aurants has scheduled their Open House for Sept 19th (This Sat.) from 7PM until ??.  Aurants is a new restaurant and beer bar featuring Dave Ciminelli as the chef (formerly from River St Ale House) and Chris & Teddy also formerly from the Ale House.  Chris tells me the kitchen isn’t quite in full swing yet, but they should have some soups and appetizers, and of course beer.  I’m still awaiting the bottle list and the final tap lists, but it looks like the first beer order is in and includes Maredsous 10, Unibrou La Fin Du Monde, Youngs Double Chocolate Stout, DFH Punkin, and Duvel among others.  Stay tuned for more details on their grand opening (tentatively scheduled for Oct 14th), and even a special firkin from Terry @ Bullfrog Brewery for one of their events.  Also stay tuned for the mybeerbuzz.com AuRants page coming soon…
