Brasserie De La Senne & Monks Café Collaborate On Major Tom

This morning we get our very first look at an exciting new collaboration brew coming from Brasserie De La Senne. in Brussels, Belgium.  This is Major Tom and it is a collaboration with Isabel & Tom Peters to celebrate the 20th Anniversary of our very own Monks Café in Philadelphia, PA.  The beer is a double saison fermented with brettanomyces and it will fly in at 7.5%-AbV.  This beer was brewed on 23 Oct 2017 and it will be packaged in 11.2oz bottles for U.S. distribution.  Stay tuned here for full release details.
