Crux Fermentation Project - Way Too Fresh, Dr Jack & Crystal Zwickle

imageThis is Way Too Fresh from the Crux Fermentation Project in Bend, OR.  This fresh hop imperial IPA uses freshly harvested “from two valleys in two states on the same morning” (Willamette Valley Mosaic & Yakima Valley Simcoe).  The beer will hit 9.9%-AbV & 65 IBU and this appears to be a 12oz can.  We also have Dr Jack fresh hop IPA (Oregon-grown Cascade hops, named for Dr. Jack Horner--inventor of the Cascade hop, 6.9%-AbV, 50 IBU) and Crystal Zwickle fresh hop pale ale (Oregon-grown Crystal hops, 6%-AbV, 30 IBU).imageimage
