Highland Brewing - Big Briar Tart Rapberry Ale Bottles

image
Here’s your first look at a new seasonal bottle coming from Highland Brewing in Asheville, NC.  This is Big Briar and it is a tart raspberry ale that is brewed with El Dorado hops and fresh pureed raspberries.  This seasonal brew is named for the 10K protected acres in the Sandy Mush area of the French Broad River watershed in NC and it will be released in 12oz bottles and kegs.  Look for Big Briar to hit 5.4%-AbV and stay tuned for release details.
