Night Shift Announces New Year & New Morph

We spent the better part of December exploring dark beers, saisons, and sours, so we're bringing Morph back to center stage this week. The latest recipe of our rotating IPA series puts Columbus, Citra, and Topaz hops into action, resulting in a beautifully bitter and balanced beer (try saying that five times fast!). It's resinous and dank on the nose, with tropical fruit flavors joining once you sip. Morph 1/12 drops Thursday at 11am:  on draft, in 4-packs, and for the true fans, we've got cases! Speaking of packaged beer, Night Shift co-founder Rob Burns spoke to Draft Magazine this week about why we did away with growlers in our Taproom.

Tomorrow we're tapping brewer Anna Jobe's latest creation: Señor Fluffy
This appropriately named hop-bomb is a celebration of the soft, pillowy mouthfeel that can only be found in an expertly crafted IPA. Topaz, Vic Secret, and Hallertau Blanc hops are the stars of this delicious show. Señor Fluffy is a draft-only offering, so get yourself to Everett and give it a taste while it lasts
