Baroque Belgique from Cellar 3

The time has come for all of our Rayon Vert devotees to rejoice! Our delightfully effervescent classic is back as part of Cellar 3’s new Belgian series. We’ve re-named the beer “Baroque Belgique”, and our Brett-conditioned Belgian-style pale ale is now packaged in a cork finished champagne style 750ml bottle. And it is even better than you remember. Baroque Belgique is available in stores now and will be produced year-round. Get your first tastes of our cult favorite, and find Baroque Belgique at a retailer near you!

Barrelmaster's Reserve Release at Cellar 3

When our Barrelmaster sets out to create a one of a kind piece of artistry, he goes all out. The next release in our Barrelmaster’s Reserve series is an example of his truly unparalleled expertise. Divine Enebro is a classic Belgian-style Tripel aged in gin barrels with added botanicals to replicate the flavors found in classic gin cocktails. The resulting golden ale has a uniquely verdant aroma with notes of coriander and clove for a divine indulgence to share this holiday season.

Only 600 bottles of Divine Enebro will be released exclusively at a
special event at Cellar 3 on Saturday, December 10th. Bottles are available on a first come first served basis, with a two bottle limit. The last two releases in this series were sold out in just a few hours, so this might be the right time to butter up your San Diego local friends to grab a bottle for you!
