We brought you a peek at Hefeweizen already, but here’s your first look at Fort Collins Scarlett On Brett and Hefeweizen. Scarlett On Brett is a wild red ale that uses brettanomyces (8%-AbV), Hefeweizen uses Cascade hops (5%-AbV), Red Banshee is a red alt ale (5.3%-AbV), Major Tom’s is a pomegranate wheat (5.1%-AbV, Far Away is an IPA (6.5%-AbV) and Shot Down is a chocotale stout (5.8%-AbV). These all appear to be 12oz cans, but they also look a lot like 12oz bottles, so stay tuned. As a bonus we also have the 500ml bottle packaging for Savor Series American-style Barley Wine Ale (10.5%-AbV).
This udate from Fort Collins:
NEW SEASONAL
Scarlett on Brett, Wild Ale
A complex aroma of pineapple and stone fruits originates from a primary Brettanomyces fermentation. A juicy mouthfeel is created by a high mash temperature and a complicated malt profile resulting in an array of tropical fruits, mild earthiness and subtle tartness. 8% ABV
