Today we have not one but two different New Belgium Lips of Faith beers. Up first is a RedRock Brewery co brewed beer called Paardebloem (two labels approved above). This Ale brewed with peach juice, grains of paradise & dandelion greens is blended with wood-aged beer to make this unique brew. Paardebloem is a Belgian Style ale that uses wild Belgian yeast as well as Dandelion Greens to bitter the beer, it will be packaged in 22oz bottles and come in at 9% ABV. This is the 6th co-brewed beer New Belgium & RedRock have done since 2008 so I’m betting it’s going to be a good one….and for those asking Paardebloem is Dutch for Dandelion, and also a beer name for RedRock.
Up next is Lips of Faith Pluot--ale Brewed with Pluot Juice. This is the keg label but I suspect we’ll see the real bottle label shortly so stay tuned. Pluot will come in at 10% ABV.

Recently tried your Paardebloem and really enjoyed it. Is it sold in stores or can it be purchased on line?
ReplyDeleteStores only. I don't believe there are many on-line outlets
