Founders Breakfast Stout Bottle Banned In New Hampshire

image Who knew that using a photo depicting a “Minor” on a bottle of any alcoholic beverage is banned in the state of New Hampshire…well apparently Founder's didn’t.  Turns out the label of their popular Breakfast Stout depicts a baby on the label and that is a “no no” in New Hampshire.  The remainder of their beers will be released, and no word on what Founder’s may do to the label to be able to sell it in New Hampshire so stay tuned.  The keg label does NOT depict a baby so I suspect that won’t be a problem.

Update…founders will ship kegs only with no plans to resubmit bottle label approval.  I guess the question is…is Blanche de Bruxelles (aka little man pis) approved in NH?
