Russian River / Sierra Nevada - BRUX Domesticated Wild Ale

28 January 2012

So it’s all about Sierra Nevada with label approvals tonight, but mix in Russian River & you have an interesting new brew.  Here’s a crazy new one called BRUX Domesticated Wild Ale.  According to the label it’s a “dry &  complex Belgian-style ale refermented in the bottle with Brettanomyces bruxellensis.”  BRUX will be brewed & packaged in 750ml bottles at Sierra Nevada and come in at 8.3% ABV.  This one is so special I thought I’d add in the backing label.   This beer is scheduled for release in Summer 2012.

So is this SN distribution or RR?

Brewing & bottling @ Sierra Nevada Chico so I suspect the distribution will be via Sierra Nevada too...
