Flying Dog Brewhouse Rarities Black Lager w/Cherries

imageI brought you news of Flying Dog’s new series of beers called Brewhouse Rarities back in mid December.  At that time Flying Dog mentioned that the first beer in this series would be an Imperial Hefeweizen, but today we have keg approval for Brewhouse Rarities Black Lager (ale brewed w/cocoa nibs & cherries added.)  Should be interesting to see what comes next.  On an unrelated note, Flying Dog did just retire/surrender keg labels for Fire & Oak Amber, South City Pale, Red Hot & Blue Brew, Brady’s Special Ale, Imperial Espresso Porter, Grey Lodge 10th Anniversary Ale & Black Whale Ale.
