Leo Bongiorno Departs Shawnee Craft

ShawneeCraftLogoI’ve been trading e-Mail with Leo Bongiorno on the topic, but I just heard he has officially departed Shawnee Craft Brewing.  Stay tuned for details on where he’s heading, but I’m happy to welcome Chris DeGasperis as the new brewmaster for Shawnee Craft Brewing.  Chris has interned with Leo for just under a year, so he should be rocking and rolling in no time.  I’m also happy to hear many of the recipes and barrel-aging will continue as is.
