Hey- anyone remember the concept of picnics-- when there was still open space before our state became all housing subdivisions and highways and you could drive out somewhere and eat and have a couple of beers without being hassled by land-owners and neo-prohibitionists and mad mothers?

Kind of surprised Steg didnt take this opportunity to promote their canned beer seems like cans go better with picnics, lighter and wont break

  2. Yeah Lee, I remember that, and going camping on property when you had no idea who owned it.

I have a newspaper ad for Steg from very early days (pre-Pro) about getting your friends in the car along with a case of Stegmaier and an opener (and don't forget glasses if there will be ladies present) and going out for a leisurely cruise through the countryside.

My. my. how times have changed!
