Bold Rock Hard Cider(R) Celebrates National Pickle Month with New Dill Pickle Cider

From Bold Rock:

Bold Rock’s April Fool’s Day post excites fans and turns concept into a reality

NELLYSFORD, VA . – Bold Rock, the #1 regional cider brand1 , is excited to launch a new limited release hard cider to celebrate National Pickle Month. What started as a fun internal
debate on the merits of 'pickle' cider turned into a playful April Fool's Day post. When consumer response was overwhelmingly positive, the team decided to turn the concept into reality - and just in time for summer.

The 4.7% ABV Dill Pickle Cider is a perfectly balanced blend of crisp apples from the Blue Ridge Mountains and refreshing dill pickle juice. Released on June 29, coinciding with Bold Rock’s 12 th birthday celebrations, it will be available exclusively on draught at Bold Rock’s Virginia and North Carolina taprooms for a limited time only.

“This innovation perfectly captures Bold Rock ethos to “Be BOLD and Make it Happen”. The team’s passion and our fans’ enthusiasm for innovation paved the way for this project. One follower stated: “If anyone can make this work, it is Bold Rock”. That comment has a proud place in our R&D lab where the cidermakers turned the idea into a delicious liquid. Bold Rock is known for refreshing, bold flavors and we hope that from the first sip to the last, our fans enjoy our interpretation of Dill Pickle cider”, Courtnie Harrell, the VP of Marketing at Bold Rock, explains.
